Lydia Mastrangelo (aka Lyd) is a Baltimore-based mixed media animator and pre-production artist. Their practice focuses on advocacy, craftsmanship, & playfulness.

Lydia's films Amathus and Dear Kaleidoscope have screened at several film festivals including the Chesapeake Film Festival, Infusion Loud-N-Clear Film Festival, Student World Impact Film Festival, Sweaty Eyeballs, Flamingo Film Festival, First Cut Youth Film Festival, MICA Golden Cockroach Festival, Aniya Syros, and the Venusian Exhibition.
